Big Tree was a pleasure to work with. Kelly was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an idea what I wanted and she steered me to the right product and got it ordered and scheduled an install quickly.

The day of the install the workers showed up on time and got to work right away.  They were very friendly and professional!

We prepared the rooms by removing all small furniture and they took care of the large items. They worked through the day and did a great job. When they finished they put the furniture back and we were left with two beautifully carpeted rooms and closets.

Kelly was able to identify our needs and budget then develop a design plan to accommodate these.  Her ability to introduce new materials and concepts that we had not considered was immeasurable.  She has a vast knowledge of the industry and was able to source materials for us at a significant savings.
